A little about me

I’m Sriram. I’m curious about how people learn, how technology changes our choices, and how we make sense of work and life. I write to think those questions through—and to leave room for another point of view.

The experience I bring

I’ve spent nearly three decades across technology, business and capability development. That experience is part of the context for my writing. Here, I’m interested in the questions that connect those worlds: how we make decisions, what helps people grow, and what deserves our attention.

My work has crossed technology, business and capability development over nearly three decades. This site brings those interests together through essays on AI and judgment, practical thinking exercises, and a separate strand of philosophical and devotional reflection.

Things I believe—and keep questioning

A note on my writing

Posts are labelled Essay, Reflection or Story. The philosophy-to-work pieces are interpretations, not claims to have measured outcomes. Illustrative examples are identified as such.

The completed 31-part Bhaja Govindam collection is a devotional and philosophical strand of the archive. It sits alongside the work and learning essays, with an introduction for readers new to the text.
